Our not for profit client, with offices located in Orange County and Los Angeles is looking for a contract IT recruiter to staff approximately 6-12 full time or contract-to-hire IT positions. Requires experienced and successful track record of staffing Startup Company IT positions. Minimum 5 years experience in IT recruitment for corporate positions.
Those authorized to work in the US without sponsorship will be considered.Client is not able to sponsor at this time.
Looking for an experienced IT recruiter, preferably that resides in the Orange County/LA area. Position will require occasional travel to Santa Ana or L.A. offices but can primarily be remote with detailed reporting. The contract will last until all 12 positions are filled ideally 3-4 months.
The right candidate would have:
Excellent sourcing and sales skill probably 5-10 solid years of IT recruiting experience.
Require little direction and be able to work independently.
Have excellent communication skills, a high level of professionalism, and be able to interact with high-tech candidates and executives.
Very-well connected and comfortable acquiring passive candidates.
