Our distribution Client is looking for a senior level JDE (Enterprise One) Functional BA with JDE 9.1 Planning and Scheduling experience for a Contract job near La Habra, CA
US citizens and H1B candidates with sponsorship are encouraged to apply. MUST have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comprehensive knowledge of the systems development life cycle, structured analysis and design techniques, user requirements definition, interviewing and data collection techniques PC-based packages used in development and/or support of production systems, conversion activities, testing methodologies, and implementation procedures Strong working knowledge of supply chain, order to cash, purchase to pay, manufacturing, planning& scheduling and/or financial processes
The ability to communicate well and demonstrate business knowledge both verbally and in writing, strong time and work management skills and the ability to resolve critical project issues
Experience in project planning and control with strong planning and organizational skills
Must work well under pressure, meeting multiple and sometimes conflicting deadlines.
Motivational and dynamic leader, driven individual, strong work ethic
Thorough knowledge of and understanding business principles and business processes
Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels
Ability to effectively work with the IT management team towards the common goals of the department
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with business user and consultant teams to define, document, test and deliver business process requirements so expected results are attained from the JD Edwards software as installed.
Maintain effective communication with assigned functional business areas to ensure that their information system's needs are met. Provide application support to business users.
Assists in resolving technical problem reports on the production environments.
Partners with the business community to identify opportunities for logical and procedural improvement beyond the ERP scope. This could include process improvement, system selection, and strategic development.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree in Business (or equivalent experience) and at least 10 years of ERP implementation experience with strengths in gathering business requirements, configuration, functional specification and testing
Significant experience with ERP systems roll-outs, business process re-engineering, conducting user training and providing on-going ERP systems support
Experience in CPG/Food service industry preferred
Experience with JDE Enterprise One MRP/MPS/DRP is required
Experience with third party finite production schedule software is preferredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
