For this niche player in the Insurance Field located near La Habra, CA, needs a Programmer Analyst with 2-4 years work experience to be part of a dynamic team of six Programmer Analysts to support both new web based development and robust enhancements to existing systems. Currently the shop is a mixture of Waterfall and Agile methodology with the intent to move completely to Agile within the year.
Compensation Range is $50K to $60K, Client needs a Candidate having 2-4yrs work experience.

In your role, you will:
Take requirements from Business Analyst, create technical specifications, code, debug, perform UAT, and write system documentation and move into production new applications and system upgrades.
Will be part of the project team, attend team meetings, work with key business users and have visibility throughout the organization.
This is a fast paced environment, where you will be challenged to think creatively while you are learning.
Here's what you need to be considered:

years of hands on coding experience on a variety of business applications using C# or C+
or JAVA
Bachelors in Computer Science or Mathematics
Experience with Relational Databases Oracle PL/SQL ++++
Hands on business experience with Object Oriented Business Design
Understanding of Unified Modeling Language (UML) ++
Knowledge of Salesforce.com ++
Strong understanding of Agile methodology, especially related to sprints. ++
Excellent written and spoken communications requiredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
