For this niche Insurance Company located near La Habra, CA, you will be one of the Senior Quality Assurance Analysts working with a progressive team of Developers to test and deploy new web based applications as well as major upgrades to existing systems.
Duties Include:
Creating test plans, working with BA and tech team to determine requirements.
Will be using your knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodology to design tests protocols that meet those processes.
Responsible for both design and execution of multiple test processes and the validation of the data, identifying and reporting bugs or where software doesn't meet specifications.

Here's what you will need to be a fit for this role:
College degree - prefer Computer Science Related
Strong background in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Ability to scope, estimate and identify testing assets including environments, load generation for moderately complex projects
Identify and record defects with proper classification and perform root cause analysis
Use metrics and analysis techniques to illustrate test results
Be able to collaborate with team embers to incorporate NEW Agile practices into Application development practice
Conduct all types of application testing as needed, such as system, unit regression, load and acceptance testing methods
Execute tests using appropriate tools such as HP Mercury Quality Center for Repository, HP QTP, Load Runner, SOAP UI for Web Services
Good hands on experience with SQL Queries ++
Have excellent written and oral communication skillsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
