Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, or equipment, patio and lobby areas.
Describe menu items to customers or suggest products that might appeal to them.
Provide customers with product details, such as coffee blend, preparation descriptions and pastries.
Receive and process customer payments.
Cash handling.
Take customer orders and convey them to other employees for preparation.
Demonstrate the use of retail equipment, such as espresso machines.
Prepare bases for the day.
