- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently - Deliver food and beverages to guests' tables in a timely manner - Provide excellent guest service, ensuring a positive dining experience - Clear and reset tables for the next guests - Assist with bussing duties as needed - Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure accurate order delivery - Operate cash register and handle guest payments - Follow food safety guidelines to maintain a clean and sanitary dining environment Requirements:
- Previous experience as a dining room server preferred - Knowledge of OpenTable reservation system is a plus - Strong guest service skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service - Basic math skills for handling payments and making change accurately - Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds We offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for growth within our organization.
