We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive impression for visitors and callers.
This is a part-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary - Manage the company calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings - Assist with event planning and coordination - Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry - Maintain office supplies and ensure inventory is well-stocked - Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages - Provide support to other departments as needed Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred - Proficient in computerized systems, including Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Strong attention to detail, especially when proofreading documents - Ability to handle multiple phone lines and maintain professionalism in phone etiquette - Familiarity with front desk operations and customer service principles - Experience working in a medical office setting is a plus We offer competitive pay, a supportive work environment, and opportunities for growth within the company.
