Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
Maintain existing relationships with customers and build rapport to generate new customer acquisitionsPresent products and services to customers with the goal of making sales and growing brand awareness.
Provide excellent customer service to every customer by informing and educating them about the brands and product details.
Cultivate new sales opportunities within assigned territories through on-site visitsWork within our diverse team environment and support all team membersIdentify sales trends and potential opportunities for growth within the territoryWork with other Customer Service Representatives to increase service product, customer loyalty, and answer any customer inquiriesCustomer Service Representative
Qualifications:
Good communication and interpersonal skills1-2 years of previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fieldsSelf-motivated, determined, and confidentAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's Degree is preferred (not required)Travel is required#LI-OnsitePowered by JazzHRAbout the Company:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
