Position SummaryThe Supervisor, DC Operations will report to the Manager of DC Operations.
The DC Operations Supervisor is the front line connection with warehouse employees and plays a critical role in engaging and inspiring their team to meet and exceed daily targets.
The DC Operations Supervisor drives daily work execution and monitors work performance.
Under the leadership of the Operations Manager, the DC Operations Supervisor will drive an engaged, productive team through strong leadership, demonstrating initiative, and leveraging continuous improvement thinking.
The supervisor is responsible for supporting the Operations Manager in the total leadership and operations.
This is a 2nd shift position that starts and ends anywhere from 4:

years experience with Microsoft Office.

years experience in a distribution center or similar environment.

years experience in a leadership role Preferred Qualifications Union experience EWS experience Bilingual Supervised +30 associates Ability to work multiple shifts or departments.
Ability to maintain strict level of confidentiality.
Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
Ability to exercise sound judgement and work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to act quickly and competently in emergencies.
Bachelor Degree Education High School Diploma/GED Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:
$40,600.
00 - $87,500.
00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
