So, familiarity with WCAB E-filing is a plus.
Job duties are very broad.
We are seeking someone who will handle the incoming and outgoing mail, scanning/filing of documents, answering phones, communicating with clients via phone/in-person/email, and managing the attorney's calendar.
The ideal candidate should have 1-5 years of experience in a Workers' Compensation law office, but not mandatory.
As noted above, WCAB E-filing experience and knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory.
On the job training will be provided.
Skills include basic understanding of computer skills (i.
e.
typing, interne, etc.
), Docusign, Gmail, Meruscase, and WCAB E-filing, but these skills are not mandatory.
Again, on-the-job training will be provided.
In the end, we are looking for an employee who is eager to learn, who is adaptive and is reliable.
MUST BE BILINGUAL IN SPANISH.
Minimum education of high school graduate.
Work Hours are 8:
30 AM to 5 PM, Monday thru Friday.
Pay rate is $20-25 per hour, depending on experience.
